In the case of
written work, proofread all pages and make any last
minute changes, paying particular attention to
content structure, unknown words, grammar, numbered
paragraphs, cover page details and chapters (if
any). Only one side of paper should contain
written/text information - leave the other side
blank.
Secondly, additional text and/or paragraphs that
need to be inserted into different parts of your
work should be listed on a separate sheet headed
'insertions' and earmarked with a circled asterisk
and letter e.g. (*A), (*B) etc. This earmarked code
should then be arrowed into each point of desired
entry throughout the pages.
Work
must be neat, legible and written in black or blue
ink on plain white paper for high quality
faxing.
