Submitting
text work
In the case of written work,
proofread all pages and make any last minute changes, paying
particular attention to content structure, unknown words,
grammar, numbered paragraphs, cover page details and
chapters (if any). Only one side of paper should contain
written/text information - leave the other side blank.
Secondly, additional text and/or paragraphs that need to be
inserted into different parts of your work should be listed
on a separate sheet headed 'insertions' and earmarked with a
circled asterisk and letter e.g. (*A), (*B) etc. This
earmarked code should then be arrowed into each point of
desired entry throughout the pages.
Prior to
faxing work
Work
must be neat, legible and written in black or blue ink on
plain white paper for high quality faxing.
Fill
in (a requested) Submittance form or fax/e-mail detailed
instructions to us.
When we
receive your work
We
will e-mail you to confirm receipt and give completion
date.
We
will complete your work before the completion date.
On
completion of work
Approximate
word count/pages/price per item(s) will be determined
An
invoice (showing cost breakdown) will be e-mailed to you
requesting payment.
Returning
completed work
Completed work will only take a
few minutes to process once your payment has been cleared.
Your work file will be sent to you via an attached covering
fax or e-mail.
Help! My
work needs amending
Just pen your amendments and
fax the work back to us. We will amend the file and return
the corrected version within a few hours.
