SUBMITTING WORK

Proofread & insertions

In the case of written work, proofread all pages and make any last minute changes, paying particular attention to content structure, unknown words, grammar, numbered paragraphs, cover page details and chapters (if any). Only one side of paper should contain written/text information - leave the other side blank.

Secondly, additional text and/or paragraphs that need to be inserted into different parts of your work should be listed on a separate sheet headed 'insertions' and earmarked with a circled asterisk and letter e.g. (*A), (*B) etc. This earmarked code should then be arrowed into each point of desired entry throughout the pages.

Prior to faxing work

Work must be neat, legible and written in black or blue ink on plain white paper for high quality faxing.

When we receive your work

We will e-mail you to confirm receipt and give completion date.
We will complete your work before the completion date..

On completion of work

Approximate word count/pages/price per item(s) will be determined.
An invoice (showing cost breakdown) will be e-mailed to you requesting payment.

Payment & clearance procedures

Payment must be sent in pounds Sterling (£) by either of the following methods: -
Cheque (with guarantee card number written on the back).

Undefined period in post depending on country of origin.
3-5 days waiting period from receipt of cheque.

Postal orders (or equivalent International pre-paid coupons).

2hr waiting period from receipt of orders/coupons.

What about proof of payment?

All clients will receive an e-mailed receipt once payment has been cleared.

Returning completed work

Your work will be sent to you via an attached covering fax or e-mail.
